      • LAGOM Methodology - Guiding Principles

        1. Keep it simple. Rely on the concept of an MVP. Be OK with releasing 'something rather than nothing'. You can always iterate after you show some success.
        2.  Technology Should Not Make A User Feel Dumb. The thing you built should help or entertain the user, not make them feel dumb. If it's hard to use it's not the user's fault.
        3. Get Focused & Get It Done. Product folks live in a world with constant interruptions. Make sure you carve out the time for the thinking, dreaming and ideating. It's hard but it can be done. Find balance in everything you do.
        4. Be Interested In The Process. Sit with your development team, understand what they do and why they do it. Be curious about the technology, it will serve you well when thinking of new features.
